Historic Reproductions has been restoring military machines and antiques for over 20 years. We have acquired a vast network of research associates through many years of working with government agencies, museums and private collectors. This network of knowledge supports our level of production experience and allows us to guarantee a level of restoration that is 100% authentic to the original piece.

The pictures displayed here shows before and after samples of a light landing carriage for the 1898 one pound rapid-fire Naval gun. A one pound rapid-fire gun could be dismounted from its deck mount, (a brass cone that was bolted to the deck of the ship) and mounted on this carriage to be taken ashore by Naval landing parties.
